While I appreciate them getting me a suit the night before an interview, I will not be coming back. You come here for people who know what they're doing and will make sure your suit will fit right. I could have went to Kohl's or JCpenny's if I wanted to be helped by someone who didn't know what they were doing, got a badly fitting suit, AND saved a bunch of money.
The person who helped me was unprofessional and seemed to be in a confused state. He kept walking off and I had to keep finding him. After swiping my credit card he walked off without saying a word. I had to find him and ask about a receipt and if the transaction was complete. He muttered back to me what I said like he was confused then said " ahh yeah it's good". I came back around closing to pick up my pants. He didn't seem to care if they were hemmed correctly. When I come out from the fitting room he's sitting down, back facing me, playing on his phone and talking to his buddy who didn't appear to work there. When I ask if they look alright, he doesn't even bother to stand up and look, with his back still facing me he says they're fine🤦... Nor did he care to see how the entire suit looked. Needless to say when I got home it didn't seem to fit right when I tried the entire suit on, and I had to go to an interview with a sloppy looking suit.
If I wasn't in bind and needed a suit the next day, I would have went somewhere else. This was a terrible experience and now I'm out of a...
Read moreWe went to the Men's Wearhouse in Eden Prairie, MN for our wedding attire. The customer service there is so terrible. When we wanted to pick up the tuxes for everyone, they wanted each groomsmen to come in to try them on. We had groomsmen traveling from 7+ hours away and we were not about to make them have ANOTHER stop the night them came in--the employees were very grouchy when learning that we would just pick them up. When trying to spend our $400 shopping spree, the employee that helped us wouldn't pull anything that we were asking for. We wanted to purchase a navy blue sport jacket for under $400. He kept pulling gray, black suit jackets (the suit jackets always cost more because they have a matching pair of pants). After FINALLY finding what we wanted, we went up front to order it because it was in the wrong size. Nobody in the store knew how to use the coupon, so they said, "well we could make a call, but you could also go to other men's wearhouse locations to see if they have what you want and they can order it if you want." I was so angry that we spent over an hour in their store and they were unwilling to help us by getting on the phone for 5 minutes to figure out how to use the coupon. Although the tuxes were so great and fit everyone well, I would avoid Men's Wearhouse...
Read moreIt was extremely frustrating working with Men's Warehouse, especially this location, for getting a tux for our wedding. I go in for my final fitting the day before we have to leave town for our wedding nothing fit, the jacket was too big, pants were too big, the shirt and vest were too big and baggy, and it was suppose to be a slim fit and they ordered it in a regular fit. They tried to tell me that everything fit as it should, this isn't my first time wearing a suit or tux, what they had me sized at look absolutely awful. I will never use Men's Warehouse again for anything nor will I recommend it to anyone. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. Usually I would try and say something good as well with the negatives but I did not experience any positives (they did however, reorder my pants and jacket in the appropriate sizes which came in 30 minutes before I had to leave town), it was all mere frustration working with Men's Warehouse. Men's Warehouse needs to have better trained employees and more attentive employees taking measurements because I had to tell them my sizes for...
