Amanda’s gym is perfect for me; beautiful interior, stylish bathroom, cozy lobby with sofas, coffee/beverage bar and more. It is meticulously clean. Amanda’s training immediately got me feeling better about my looks. I also train with Caroline, having the variety is great. They both have amazing personalities. It is a joy and a pleasure to work with them. My doctor looked at my arms and legs one day and said, “Where is your muscle tone?” At 51, my muscle tone is now visible thanks to the custom personal training here. Read moreI started training with Amanda in this studio several weeks ago and I am so glad I did! The studio is clean and private with new equipment and always a varied routine to keep it interesting. Whether you are in great shape or just starting out (like me) this is a great space to reach your personal fitness goals. I have a preexisting injury Amanda is really mindful of, not only being careful not to aggravate it but building muscle which helps alleviate my pain and discomfort. It's impeccably clean with high quality equipment. Amanda works me very hard, but also respects when something is bothering me or is too hard. Workouts are structured, but not boring.
