If there was a such thing as no star I would have put that instead the manager Nicholas was very rude called me names and that's cuz I'm disabled he gave me a rate and did not comply with wat his boss told him to charge us then called the cops he got my daughter scared and she started crying so then the next day I went to Aron's in McAllen and his boss was there on his boss started telling me to leave the store his name I think was Tony he was taking his employees side like usual instead of his customers he has bad customer service and bad customer satisfactory he then told me I was banded from all Aarons I've never been to an Aarons I have never started a contract anywhere this is my first time trying to establish credit somehow and they do everything wrong he then says that I was interrupting another person sells when I went the other day when in fact it was the opposite the guy interrupts the saleing to me and said he refused to give me service and talk to another female I felt it was real disrespectful I have a police department card stating that I talked to the police department and that everything I told the police department he had told him to so I know I wasnt lying it was him and he's changing the story around... again that was Nicholas Aarons at Edinburg Texas and in McAllen Texas was the guy name Tony a short chunky bald dude I forgot to mention when I took my other sister to try to get those sofas because I couldn't they were refusing to give any service while we were around they wanted us to be out the store for her to do the contract let me remind everybody this is her first time trying to get into a contract so she doesn't know what she's getting herself into and they're not letting us tell her what the plans are of payments and stuff like that and another thing they had a promotion going on $5 down so Nicholas gave us false advertisement on that because the guy named Nicholas told us they don't have that promotions in-store no more when in fact they're still have it up to the 10th of February so I'm thinking that is why they didn't want us to be there when my little sister was trying to do a contract and they didn't want to give it to me so I had to let it go I did not like how they been treating us and how the main boss is taking his employer side Nicholas but he is very disrespectful and very rude to a disabled I know my rights and having someone to speak for me when I have to sign stuff and he was trying to take it away and say that I cannot have someone to write for me or speak for me and I told him I was a disabled that is not right so for everyone who is trying to go to Aaron's I just want to let you know how bad of a customer service they are they are a no-star a 0 * PS I'm writing this with the Google help and my...

Niko was very helpful and so was Cindy both took the time to answer all of our questions without feeling pressured to buy like other furniture stores the experience was very warming. Cindy brought my daughter and I a hot cup of coffee while Niko sat with us and explained everything in detail to help us understand our options before making a final decision. Every other furniture store we went to felt like a pressure to buy and something that wasnât even at our liking. The first time she said "nothing we can do, system is automaticly sending out notices. Only way to stop it is cancel the order."
