Horrible service. Please read before you buy.

I purchased a couch on Labor Day weekend (Aug. 29th), and they said it would take one week to one and a half weeks max.

Three weeks later and it’s still not here, and it got pushed back ANOTHER week. I just canceled and am furious.

No, they cannot control the moving of furniture, but two important things:

Do not sell your customers on the timeline if it’s not accurate. You are promising something you cannot deliver!!

The fact that I had to call David over and over to get updates is horrible. You’ve been in business 30 years, and you cannot provide updates/check ins to your customers? They tried to keep the contract and hoped I wouldn’t reach out is what happened.
