My family and I ordered the two pizzas for $25 special with three adult drinks and I ordered a pitcher of beer. Someone who wasn't my cashier started pouring the pitcher before I knew it and I told the cashier I wanted my pitcher when my food came out. The cashier says, "you didn't tell me that", and I say, "you didn't ask me and you didn't tell me they were going to fill the pitcher right now". Some locations will ask you what beer you want and the same cashier will pour it, that's when I tell them I will wait for the pitcher. The cashier and the manager seemed to get bothered by this but they didn't make a big deal about it. When my pizzas came out, they were great. They were cheesy, hot, and not burnt. I went to ask for my pitcher of beer and they wanted to give me the original beer that they had poured and just left sitting. I told them I wanted a fresh pitcher and this also seemed to bother them but they gave me a newly poured pitcher of beer. We poured two mugs and the beer was flat. The pizzas looked delicious so I didn't want to bother getting a new flat pitcher of beer. I did ask the manager for the receipt so I could make a comment about my experience on the Peter Piper Pizza survey and this also seemed to bother her but she did print me out a new receipt. They had taken my original receipt when I asked for the pitcher of beer. We visited this location because we were were near and we love Peter piper pizza but we'll don't like visiting this restaurant because we've had bad experiences before. We think the Pharr location is the...
Read morePizza is not very good. Games are ok but dated and some don't function appropriately. Pizza quality left much to be desired. Generic crust grade aa food service products. Lack of visible effort to maintain sanitation standards. Bathrooms had enough urine on floor I was worried about slipping, not to mention being out of soap. Employees don't want to be there, the flat and downcast affect set the tone from the start. Atm charges high fees so take cash. It seems a popular place for children's parties, likely to the low rates. There is an option to bring your own pinata if that is you flavor, they have a special pinata cage just for this. Simple things though like no air on air hockey tables significantly detract from the experience. Our party planner gave no instructions about when to order, how process worked, just adds to the confusion when trying to watch so many kids. Games were overly violent so aged for older crowd. Staff in kitchen stand around having private but audible bon work discussion instead of a cknowledging your presence. Couldn't get an answer regarding availability of gluten free products. I don't imagine going back, even the children were disappointed with the overall experience. The group of adults smoking outside of the door and the second hand smoke that filtered in and permeated the dining room was unpleasant to...
Read moreI’m really disappointed as to how the staff conduct and communicate over the phone. I called in today to place an order and the young lady that answered was giggling and laughing chatting with another staff member and when is speaking to me, she repeats the words “LARGE SAUSAGE” laughing and then she tells me ok and hangs up. I called back and cancelled. I understand that perhaps some of the staff members want to make work fun, but when communicating to paying customers, it would be appreciated if the staff members had better communication skills and etiquette. I did feel offended when she repeatedly said “LARGE SAUSAGE,” i felt she was implying something else in a grotesque manner and I had her talking through the Bluetooth of my vehicle with my children in the backseat listening. That young lady that answered the phone really needs to grow up.! Also the wings from this location taste horrible. Every time I’ve ordered wings from here,...
