Last night I placed an order for pickup at 11:45 this morning. The store called me last night to ask when I would be picking up the order because it was ready. I said that the order was for the next day at 11:45. The caller realized his error and assured me that the order would be ready today at 11:45.

Tremendously disappointed. It's been over a year since I had pizza patron. I used to love it. I would honestly hype up how good it was. I invited my mother to come try it with me. I told her how good your choriqueso pizza was and we decided to get it. As we receive it, we're told that you're completely out of onions and the pizza was not made with it. Are you kidding me! I can understand running out of things, but not telling your customers this before they order is unacceptable to me. I am extremely disappointed in you, and will no longer be recommending...
