On Sept. 2nd I called this location inquiring if the store had a hard copy of a particular game. The employee (male) responded, "yes, didn't you already call here twice today?" I had not. When I arrived at the store minutes later and asked for the game, the employee (male) informed me he was the one who had taking my call. In my defense I explained why there may have been numerous customer calling for the game, because gamepass had taken it off at midnight. Expressing my concern of having to buy the game in order to play it for 5 days in which the newer vision would be released, the same employee informed me of the 7 day full money back refund policy. On Sept. 7th I purchased a console, and a game (over $400), however I forgot to return the previous bought game. On Sept. 8th I returned to the store. When the exact same employee asked could he help me, and I said I'm returning a game for a refund, he became very rude. As I was exiting I noticed a promotion for the rechargeable battery packs. This product is packaged in a box about the size of a standard brick. As I began moving along in search of the other items that were part of the promotional deal, I noticed the employee walk up to the rechargeable packs, and start counting them. When we made eye contact, and I said "really bro, like I'm stealing?" He responded, "just checking, just doing my job". I was soooo possed that he had insinuated that I was a theif, that I immediately walked out of the store. I plan on patronizing this store in the future, only because the next nearest one is over 30mins away. So I was in the area and decided hey the new Lost Origin (POKEMON) set is out and I wonder if the got some🤔 I picked 2 boosters totally at Random. Went home and set them aside and told myself " ahh I probably won't get any hits but that's okay at least I have some new cards" not to mention the night before I spent a few hours watch a stream on YouTube of PokeRev trying to complete the New set as well. It’s a nice clean well-kept store it’s in a good location easy to find.They have a nice amount of selection even some older of the games were there when I went.There is a retro items collectibles memorabilia a lot of stuff they now have more stuff than just the games it’s not really for me but it’s a lot of interesting items. The staff is very nice and very helpful they aren’t pushy and rude Like at other stores. I even met a friend there we talked over about lotta different games. We spent like over an hour there It’s really good to catch up on what’s good and what’s not and the staff is helpful with that because as people who work time is very limited.
