If i could give this place no stars i would!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Absolutely HORRIBLE communication skills! My husband purchased a window AC unit and first of all it took more than a week for them to deliver it, yet they expected the payment to be given when it was due, thankfully they extended it to the following week. So when they did deliver it my husband and i were not there to receive it, but a friend of ours was and mind you my husband had already told them so they were aware of the situation. When they get there they start giving my husbands friend a hard time asking him for our license plates and proof of address. Like what! Who does that!!! They never told us that was needed at the beginning for delivery. Maybe a day or two goes by and my husband notices we got a unit that wasn’t even what we payed or asked for and when he called and spoke to the manager herself she said it was a temporary unit because the “new” window unit we had ordered apparently something was wrong with it. My husband and i stared at each other in disbelief and said, “but we thought it was new.” If we wouldn’t have noticed i guarantee you they would not have said a word to us. Ok, so we agreed to use that one for now while we waited for the actual unit we purchased and the manager said we would have it by a certain day and that day gets here and nothing! They don’t even bother calling to let us know! We have to be updating ourselves. At the end we ended up just canceling because they kept giving us the runaround on how they “supposably” had too much inventory received and were not able to drop off our unit any time soon, yet when we said we were just going to cancel they were ready to pick up the unit that very next morning! First of all, this place is not affordable. I signed an agreement for a new Playstation 4 and a new dinner table. What I got was a total different table and damaged and a display Playstation 4 in a taped up brown box with a black system with a white controller with Amazon cables (everything was missing), this was like let's just throw all this stuff together and tell the customer it new. My total was $1600 for both things, Playstation 4 for $700. Also, I had to put the table together on my own too. I called her back and she said that's what the bundle was, because they gave me a $99.99 discount they basically needed to improvise, but if I wanted the new Playstation I would need to pay the difference. If not, I could call the finance company about returning the items, but they have a no return policy and everything is a final sale. In my agreement, it states that both items were new, which wasn't true. She also told me many times the item would be coming from the San Antonio warehouse. When my partner went to pick it up with my son she said it came from Dallas. She also stated they only had one Playstation 4 and it was new located in San Antonio. She lied over and over again. She then basically told me she couldn't help me further and told me to call the finance company and hang up on me not once but twice. She was not willing to help me and fix her error and turned around and blamed me for not looking at my agreement right, when I stated in my agreement it was a new Playstation 4. Don’t recommend this place even if their prices are affordable. Walked in and spoke to George stated the process was easy to purchase 2 twin size box springs. Came back to see if we could set up a payment plan to get the spring boxes and Estrella helped out my husband on purchasing the order. All that was needed was $30.42 as a downpayment and they did not mention that it was non refundable and no verification process was required all they did was take the money and set up a delivery for Friday no later than 4pm. Friday comes they called in the morning stating they need to verify employment and references so here we are rushing to provide the information which I don't understand how they didn't do all this before completing the payment and setting up the delivery. Then they start asking about our car information and license plate which we found weird due to having history of renting from other places as rent-a-center and none of that is asked and all the verification is done before any payment is made… then they call back stating the delivery is pushed back to Saturday due to not being able to verify if my husband’s is a reliable employee ..in other word’s don’t recommended this place cause they give the run arounds and false advertisement on the doors it says fast and easy which for us turned out complicated and...
