I was first told that the iPad might be ready same day but if not for sure the next day. I dropped it off on a Wednesday before closing and I expected it Thursday by end of day. They tech he would call me when it was ready. I told him I was in desperate need of it back so to please prioritize it because it was my only device for work. I called several times on Thursday. I felt like my call was being screened because all 7 attempts from my phone were unsuccessful but when I called from a friend's phone, he answered on the first ring. The reason for my rush is they were closed Friday July 4th so if I didn't get it Thursday, it was going to take until Saturday. I didn't think I could hold off that long. He stated that he had been very busy because he was working alone. (So far he's claimed to work alone Thursday and Saturday.) I told him that company staffing problems would be an issue he should take up with management. That is not a customer problem. Si the "bog-down" that made him unable to start on my work was 4 walk-in customers. Also two insurance phones came in and they take priority over any other project. If they're in the middle of working on your device and they receive 18 cell phones with insurance, you just became the 19th priority and they don't tell you that. Finally, it's Saturday and I'm excited. It's going to be ready. I call and call and call. Nobody ever answers the phone. So I drive 35 mins to the location for the guy to tell me that the tech hadn't come in and that the iPad still had not been touched. I said do you not think that would have been good information to call me with? When you realized that your estimated last day for pick up of fixed iPad had arrived and it still hadn't been touched AND you knew it would not be touched that day AT ALL? Why not call the customer to inform them? I made it clear that this was going to generate a poor customer service review.
Tl;dr. I went without my iPad for absolutely no reason for 4 days just to get it back in the exact same broken condition untouched by the company. I couldn't recommend them less unless you like to wait forever to still not get...
Read moreQuick scheduling, fast service, and reasonable price. I'm so thankful this is in my area!
If you're stupid like me and dropped your phone outside without a screen protector, this is the go to place to get your phone fixed fast.
I have a Google pixel 7 pro. Called and they were able to confirm parts available in store and give me a quote of $250 for screen repair. Btw, the screen and the repair kit would've cost $207. So this is quite reasonable. Other locations were trying to charge upwards of $350 for repair.
I was able to schedule an appointment using their website easily. And I took my phone in the next day and they repaired within 2 hour window. They use genuine oem parts and provide 1 year warranty on them.
Overall, I was extremely happy with the service as well as the outstanding price. You won't feel ripped off if you get your...
