Times are tough right now and I went over to order my sandwiches and asked for extra chipotle sauce and they didn’t put one. So when I got home I called and they declined giving me a refund as I won’t eat the sandwich alone it’s too dry. For these sandwiches you need to have a side sauce. Assistant manager and the manager declined to give me another sandwich. Asked me if I could go back as if money wasn’t tough right now with hours being cut everywhere. In addition when placing the order the lady at the window gave me attitude when handing me my order.

Plesantries don’t excuse not doing your job right. I won’t eat this dry sandwich without sauce and they couldn’t give me a refund or complimentary sandwich. Never going to this location again due to not owning up to their mistake or the customer service at the window and over the phone. Plenty of other locations, don’t go to this one. Save...

I came here for brunch yesterday 3/31/2023, and I ordered the combo meal which was a sandwich and a salad with an additional small Fideo Soup. In my sandwich was chicken salad with grape in a croissant, and a garden salad will th cilantro dressing. I have had the same sandwich before, but for the salad, this would be the first time that I’ll be trying it with Cilantro dressing. Surprise, surprise; I like it! It is now my favorite salad dressing apart from ranch and caesar. My son does not like cilantro because to him it tastes weird; but I don’t have that problem, thank goodness! I enjoyed my meal very much.

Went by location tonight 3/7/24 @7:45PM. I went by to enjoy a good meal before I head home for the day. As I parked in the front, and made my way to the door, there was a hand written note stating “Lobby is closed, use drive thru” and door was locked. which was very odd as the hours of operation are till 9PM. As I walked back to my car in disappointment, I immediately noticed the staff member sweeping the lobby, removed the note and unlocked the lobby, which tells me they were doing this on own free will.
