The Gathering House LLC — Local services in Edison

This is a fantastic local game store! Especially if you enjoy Magic:The Gathering, this store has excellent inventory and a great supply of bulk cards to look through. The space is clean, well-organized, and has a lot of space to play TCGs, board games, or even some video games. The store also runs a lot of fun official MTG events every week, and offers snacks and drinks you can buy (including coffee!) while you play, which is a nice touch. The owners are super friendly, chill, and kind. Despite being only soft opened, there were a good amount of people showing up to play and hang out. The grand opening will be May 31 + June 1, 2025.

Even though only mostly furnished, the vibes were great. They are in the process of adding a café corner. There is a comfy couch and TV set up already. Best of all, it is smelling good :)

Been there many times since they've opened and I've had nothing but good experiences whenever I make my weekly visits. Ken, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me and my girlfriend who were just getting into MTG.
