Bagel One Deli & Catering — Restaurant in Edison

We stumbled upon this gem about two months ago when we were on our way to Costco from Woodbridge and I decided to google breakfast spots near there. I saw a google pic of a sign that read "MEXICAN food! Bagels!" I thought that the food wouldn't be that great because it's a crazy food combo, but I was so wrong and I'm upset that we just discovered this place after living in NJ for 4 years now!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by such a kind and friendly man and were immediately offered the diverse breakfast/Mexican/Honduran menu. Him and his staff are very attentive and are very deserving of their success!

After our first time going there, we were hooked and have gone at least 2x a month for breakfast, even if its about a 20 minute drive and we don't need anything from the nearby Costco LOL! We have ordered omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, tamales, chilaquiles, and pancakes, and each time the food and service is unbelievably amazing! They also sell a variety of pan dulce, a must for the Mexican household! Can't wait to try the other food items...

Decent food, but missed an item in my $160 order, and they did not accommodate their mistake when called. First off the bottom off all the bags are wet, probably due to the poor packaging of the beans that were placed at the bottom and crushed by everything else. This was bought with company money so I have no reason to lie that I am missing my bosses food. But the person I got on the phone was very rude about it. Like come on, you have 15 plus items to accommodate and you really don't think you might have placed it in another bag by mistake. Huge orders are messed up all the time. If I wanted an extra plate I would have just ordered it. Very sad that this happened, the food is decent. They just lost thousands of dollars by providing bad customer service on an mistake that they made. P.S. got a refund through grub hub, grub hub charges them more but seems worth it for the...

I ordered from this place many times and had no issues until this time. I accidently ordered food to be picked up online when I called I spoke to a man I'm assuming the owner he was nice trying to help me. I Explained I was unable to pick the order up because I was at work that's why I wanted it to be delivered. Minutes later I get a phone call from a very rude woman telling me for future reference to order on another site. the food eventually was delivered after they demanded 4 dollars for a delivery fee when they got which was fine. I sent a friend out to get the food from the lady and she proceeded to yell at him about how we need to spend 30 dollars minim around our area and that next time we should order from uber eats like we are supposed to know this information! we will not be ordering...
