Update: the manager here also does not care about customer satisfaction either as I got an email from him saying that he called me twice, yet I never had any missed calls from an unknown number and I had no voicemails. I replied back to his email and never heard back. Pretty sad, because Pizza Hut is the only franchise chain pizza that I actually enjoy.
Original post: This is my third time going to this location and the guy tonight was very rude and had no customer service skills at all and gave me a broken bag. When I politely requested a different bag three times, he refused and said every bag he has would be the same. Basically the bags don’t fit the products according to him. This was only a small pizza and a 6 piece wing order. To be honest, it’s better to not even give a bag if you’re going to give a broken one because then the products is going to fall onto the ground. The two times I went before the lady was so nice and everything went so smoothly. Someone needs to really assess this guy dealing with customers. His picture is below. The pizza I received was excessively sour, which made it difficult to enjoy. Despite my efforts to overlook this, the overwhelming sourness detracted from the overall experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheese bread. Its flavor and texture were delightful, providing a much-needed contrast to the disappointing pizza.
Furthermore, I was dismayed to find that my brother, who is usually not as discerning about food, managed to consume three slices of the pizza, while I struggled to finish just two pieces of the cheese bread.
