I am not one to normally write reviews, as I understand things occasionally happen. However, the experience I had with this business has prompted me to write one.

I ordered my wedding band through this business back in September, and I was told at the time of ordering that I would need to just put any amount down for them to order it. To pick it up, I would need to just pay off the rest of it. They assured me the ring would arrive in time for our wedding in November.

The ring did not arrive in time for the wedding in November. In fact, the owner of this business told me that their policy is to put half down for them to order it. Something completely different than what I was originally told at the counter. When I told them this is what I was originally told at the counter, what did they do? Passed the blame to the vendor they bought the ring from. Turns out also that they had the wrong date for our wedding written down.

When the ring finally came in late November, it wasn’t even the right color! So I had to wait until about mid December to finally get my wedding ring I ordered. When I finally picked it up, was there any remedy to the situation or even an attempt at good customer service? Nope. In fact, they seemed stand-offish.

The customer service at this business is severely lacking any accountability or goodwill. How would you feel if you didn’t have your wedding ring on your special day just because the business dropped the ball? If you think about ordering a ring here for a wedding, I would think twice.
