Coworker made me some cultural food, I ran out of injera and found this market very close by. I walked in and did not know where to start. But the beauty of it all, is that this gentleman greeted me and helped me. He taught me the different types of injera and taught me how to keep it fresh for longer and how to warm them up for later sittings. At the pay counter is a spread of their freshly made bread and noe that I am home, I just have to force myself away from eating a whole loaf in one sitting.
