I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kathy’s bridal. We got married yesterday and I wanted to post this review first thing this morning since I can post dress pics now!!

This bridal shop is absolutely amazing! you can tell how special it is, the space is gorgeous, bright, and modern, with such a welcoming atmosphere. The building is newer and beautifully designed, making the whole experience feel so elevated and memorable.

They have an incredible selection of gowns, so many styles, sizes, and designers to choose from! I never once felt rushed or limited, and every dress I tried on felt unique and high quality. You can tell they truly care about making every bride’s experience unforgettable.

My experience was nothing short of amazing and I loved everything about Kathy’s bridal!! Especially Donna. From the moment we came in on day one, she was so kind and genuinely excited for me throughout the whole process never pushy, just supportive and encouraging.

When I started feeling overwhelmed, Donna helped me refocus and reminded me to trust my gut. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect dress. She even suggested adding a corset to the back of my dress in the alteration process and it turned out AMAZING!!! I got nothing but compliments day of. I understand being short staffed, but the lady left me and my mother alone almost the whole time looking at dresses. She was so unhelpful and rude, and had an attitude and smirk every-time she said something because she thought she was being funny. You should have cancelled my appointment, I left your store feeling absolutely hopeless, until I went to another store and they provided me with the upmost customer service that you couldve never given me. I can’t say nice enough things about Kathy’s bridal, especially Donna. Donna has been an absolute pleasure to work with, she found my dream dress for my wedding. From the moment I walked in Kathy’s I was treated so well and felt like I was the number one priority. From finding my wedding dress to the first fitting I’m over the moon with my experience.
