i was so excited to finally stop in and take a look at everything, but was kinda let down… They had almost nothing in my size! (XL/XXL) I maybe found 3-4 items in a large but they weren't trendy at all, more like older aged people clothes. The staff were all incredibly nice, nothing bad to say about them. But i feel like they should try and keep an array of sizes, not just those catered to smaller people. Also, the selections arent trendy like they market them to be. Yes they might be good brands like Michael kors, athleta, lululemon, etc. but the style looks aged :( Maybe I just stopped in on an off day where things were already picked through quite a bit, but nonetheless still kinda a let down. I booked a booth for October, during their opening week special, excited about the concept. I finally made it in store over the weekend and made a return visit a few days later. Worth the time to scour the racks and each week is a complete turnover in inventory-love that. Found a beautiful cocktail dress-new with tags, a vintage leather purse and some nice, higher end boots. I had such a great experience shopping at Pre Loved! The store has a wonderful selection, everything is organized, and you can tell a lot of care goes into curating quality items. A special shoutout to Claire, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She was patient, kind, and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for.
