AWFUL!!!🤢🤢🤢 Went in for carry out, Quoted 20-30 min wait because I ordered the salt & pepper shrimp. (?it's just breaded, fried shrimp, but ok, whatever) it took closer to an hour w/no apology or explanation. We had potstickers, poopoo platter (yes, I know it's spelled wrong...but my spelling is appropriate for it) and 4 entrees. $55 later... Everything except my shrimp was cold, guess they made everything else first? Gen tsos tasted old and had no flavor other than old to it. Son dropped a piece on the floor and our dog turned her nose up at it...and our dog eats ANYTHING!! special lo mein had no flavor and very little meat or veggies in it. chick w/veggies was ok, container not full tho and I paid extra for almonds which weren't in there. Paid extra for 2 meals to have FRIED RICE, not steamed white rice with some soy sauce throw on top, no veggies in it- that is pitiful! Appetizers had little to no meat in them. The 2 fried shrimp looked like they took one small shrimp and sliced it down the middle to make 2 appetizers. BBQ beef stick and chick wings weren't bad. Crab rang & won tons left alot to be desired. My shrimp had flavor because of the spices in the breading, but not happy to see the bottom 1/2 of my container filled with raw cabbage. Blech... If I could rate this establishment less than one star, I would, it would be a negative number. We all choked down what we could, since we paid for it and live 1/2 hr away (and no, that's not why food was cold, we drive 1/2 hour to get food from our reg Chinese rest and it's Never this cold!) Live and learn....needless to say, we WONT be using the $5 off coupon they tossed in our bag. Thanks, but no thanks.....big ol thumbs down for this...

Ordered here for some co workers and picked up. Unsure what happened we Ordered 7 lunch specials only received 6. Called but, lady who answered said we did not order the 7th one, but we received the extra eggroll requested with it. It was exactly the same as another, but we got that order and the extra roll with it. Prices online must be incorrect. What I thought were affordable lunch specials since 4 of the items were listed as 4.95 and the 2 orange chicken were 7.95 , not sure what the additional was, sweet and sour chicken I think, but total came to 60 dollars. Approximately 10 more than what was listed. Not huge, but can be a difference to budgeting families. I can let the pricing issue go, because who knows if it is correct online, but the lady was pretty loud and excited quickly and the arguing and saying I didn't order something was what bothered me the most. As if it was impossible for her to have missed noting 2 of the same order. I prefer to support small businesses but friendly customer service is important, even if you have no intention or ability to correct the mistake. Food quality was mostly good. My egg...

PLEASE don't waste your time or money!!!! HORRIBLE service. We typically order often and in great quantities, more than $40 each time. We get delivery and always ask for a red sauce and describe it as such. It comes in a cup. They always acknowledge this and seem to know what we are talking about. However, they habitually forget to include it in our order. Additionally for a family meal they forget or only include 1 or 2 fortune cookies. When we have called back we were "disconnected" twice in a row as soon as they figured out who we were and what we were calling for. Their solution was for us to come up and get the sauce despite having ordered it delivery, already having our food, & living 15 minutes away. They refused to credit our account anything more than a mere $.50. The overall kindness and customer service one would expect DID NOT EXIST AT ALL!!!! It may seem a trivial item, but to us it is important to our meal and the fact that it ALWAYS happens makes it worse. The terrible customer service has been the final breaking straw for us and we will no longer be spending our hard earned money...
