I have almost written a review for this Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times but each time I put it off. This time, I feel like I finally should. Every time my husband and I have eaten here, we have had something go wrong. I donāt blame the wait staff, but I blame the management. The first time we ate here (roughly a year ago) we waited over an hour for our wings. They came out cold but it was late, we were hungry, and our waitress was overworked and did not come to our table to check on us. After we finished our cold food, we told our waitress that it was cold so that they would know and fix it for other people. Next thing we know, a manager came to our table and yelled at us for being ācollege students trying to get a free meal.ā We were not trying to get free food, just trying to be nice. Since then, I have always been worried about saying something when my food is incorrect. But each time since, the food has either been cold or the wrong order. MToday, we ordered food for the Super Bowl. We placed our order the day before for pick up at 4:50. The Super Bowl is at 5:30. We figured that would be plenty of time. It was not. We waited for an hour for our food and missed the start of the game. Iām aware that they would have a large amount of orders on this day but there should have been more preparation to make sure that they were done on time. That's fine, everybody is super busy and under-staffed these days, plus it's a Friday evening. Show up when my food is estimated to be ready at 7:50. "It'll be another minute, sorry..." No big deal. 40 minutes later: The same person by carry-out has asked me for my name 5 times. I've asked a few people waiting for their food when they ordered and they're all after I did. These people that have ordered after me have gotten their food. I guess two orders of 10 boneless wings with wedges with cheese is super tricky? Nobody will even tell the poor girl when my food might be done. Finally, 1H40M after I placed my order, after I've been standing here for 40 minutes, someone comes out and tells me that they never got my order. Even though the first lady found my order and gave me my last name when I gave her my first name... The kitchen says they never got my order. My app, email confirmation, and bank account says they did. The system they looked me up in when I got here checks watch 45 minutes ago says they did. Where's the disconnect? You need to evaluate your processes. Wing Stop across the street has never hung me out to dry like this. Update: finally got my food at 8:44. 54 minutes after I should have. Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday is my sons birthday and he wanted wings. He chose to have his bday dinner here. We sat down and ordered fried pickles while we waited for his father to arrive. When his father arrived we was waiting for our orders to be taken. After sitting for over 30 minutes I finally had him ask the waitress where our fried pickles were. She clapped back with a smart remark that she was waiting for them to be made. When she left our table she went to the kitchen and miraculously our pickles arrived about 5 minutes later. We waited another 20 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. It was cold. You could tell it had been sitting for awhile. We got to go containers and left. Now I am always a firm believer in 25% or more on tipping. Today however that waitresses got less than a dollar in change that my daughter pulled from her wallet. I left nothing. I am a former waitress and how she served us today was completely unacceptable. My sons birthday dinner was ruined. Now had you of brought us our food in a timely manner you could have gotten over $20. We will not be returning to this location. We will drive to St. Charles where the service is great and we receive...
