Fraud! I called this store to find out if they carry a part that we needed for our washer so that my repair guy could fix it the next day. I gave them my washer model number and they sold me a part that they said was the correct part. My repair guy told me that they sold me the wrong part because the ampage would not sustain the strength of the washer and that I should return it. I took the part to the store to return it. The store associate told me that the part that they sold me was correct. I told her that my repair guy told me that it was not correct and showed her the correct part that he texted me. She then looked up the other part, that they don't carry and came back and told me that they can't take it back because it was used. How would she know that we used it first of all? I told her we didn't use the part because it wasn't the right part and our repair guy wouldn't install it and he ordered the correct part, which we are still waiting for. She refused to take the part back and we will be going to small claims court to sue them for the part and for interest because they fraudulently are...

My experience with this company was excellent. I called to inquire about parts for a 40 year old GE Stove. The first representative I spoke to looked into it but said they would have to refer me to another representative where they would be able to help me because of the age of the stove. The next representative then took the time to look up the parts, three tiny dial knobs. After looking she came back to me with the parts and the cost and ordered them for the next day. I was able to pick them up the next day and the stove was fixed. What I really appreciated is the way each person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly, including the two people at the counter when I picked up my parts.
