Horrible experience, will never go back there! A few months back I stopped in and purchased a Kangertech Mod and some coils. The sales person was a young man who was extremely patient and took the time to explain things and help me decide. Since I got my new mod I also needed some coils of course. Not having much of experience, he let me buy 2 of each different material and resistance, so I could try all the possibilities. He was great and was the reason I went back to get some more coils. Well, this time things were so different! Vaping for a few months and doing some research on the web, I knew what I wanted and went straight for it. Yes, but No! The salesman was an older guy, possibly the young man's father, and was extremely rude! First, he took his good time to come see what I needed. Then huffed and puffed. I told him what I was there for so he started an extensive search...Well, 1.5 ohms is not 0.5 ohms. And minimum of 5 coils at $5= $25 is not a good price. Don't misunderstand me, I know I will pay more to support a local business, no problem. However, the attitude I got was my turn off. I don't know where you guys come from, but the older man has a looooooot to learn from the young guy. This shop is on my way to work and only 3-5 min away from my home...BUT, I will drive far and/or wait on shipping/delivery and never go back to risk dealing with the attitude...
