Maurizio’s Pizzeria Express — Restaurant in Egg Harbor Township

So I'm not an Italian but one thing I do know even as I double-checked myself. I went to order a shrimp PRAM sub and they told me a PRAM sub comes only with provolone cheese. I have never heard that a PRAM comes with provolone I have only known it to be mozzarella cheese. They wanted to charge me an extra $2.00 for mozzarella cheese and that is what should come on it.

To the owner, you responded about your chicken parm I don't eat chicken. I was talking about the shrimp parm sub. Your store puts provolone cheese on a shrimp parmesan sub. I have gotten this now for over 6 months at $17.01 with mozzarella. I called in my order he asked what kind of cheese I said mozzarella, OK $2.00 Extra the guy said. I asked why He said It comes with provolone. I asked since when does a parmesan subs come with provolone cheese? I said since when did you start charging $2.00? He checked with someone and the answer came back yes $2.00 more if I want this sub.

I know that everyone in that store is not in training. I have had a good experience there and your people have known what the prices are. So someone likes to upcharge for their profit or it's a $2.00 upcharge for mozzarella cheese for a parm sub at your Egg Harbor township store.

U bye a pizza and u pay 36 dollars plus change it better rank in ure top 5 pizza experiences And what I ordered was a large white spinach pizza with grilled chicken fresh garlic light bacon half with tomato and the other half with mushroom I ordered Take Out. Once home I opened the box what I got wasn't what I ordered they sent me a regular pizza with red sauce and there was very little toppings on the whole pizza and my first thought was this cant be what I'm getting for my money.well it happened to be just about their closing time and we made a call to Maurizio's and thankfully it was straightened out bottom line if you're going to be charging that much for a pizza it better be the pizzas of all pizzas and orders for takeout and delivery should thoroughly be checked prior to leaving the store. I definitely don't know whether my order was taken correctly by the counter girl or the mistake was somewhere with in the kitchen. Moral to this story is if you're going to spend this much money for a pizza at least it could be what you ordered check your order thoroughly before leaving this establishment this is not the first time this has...

I ordered pizza for my son who got home after school and was hungry . And after trying to convincing him to get Primo down the street he picked Maurizio’s. So here’s my experience: First I was on hold for a long time since there is only one lady who takes orders and only 1 maybe 2 cooks which is fine. When I got there pizza wasn’t ready so I waited few minutes inside. The lady at the front who answers the phone and handles money and credit cards and sometimes spends time on her phone goes to check on my pizza and lifts it up w her hands! Now for me that’s NOT OK !! And I know many places now days struggle to find help. I wouldn’t mind my cooks who made the pizza checking on it and of course you hope they at least wash hands which is highly doubtful. But not the lady that works at the front counter answering calls and handling cash.To me that’s gross and I regret getting the pizza and giving it to my kid. I hate to say this , but I will never go back to Maurizios. And I should have looked at their reviews before I ordered but I was in a rush so I didn’t. Where’s the ZERO...
