I would give zero stars if I could. I set up a claim with my phone insurance and had planned to bring my phone into this location. Choosing this location was mistake number one. I’m bringing my phone in the store and I explained the issue that I’m having and they say they’re just gonna swap out the battery and if that doesn’t work, I’ll be able to file a replacement claim with my insurance. The associate “Hunter” (because they refused to give me the associates name, the “manager” went in the back and asked for a random name to give me) Told me that they would call when the phone was ready. Fast-forward to 645 no one calls me so I called them at which point they told me That they could not fix my phone due to the issue I told them it had prior to me, dropping it off, and that they were closing. I informed the associate that I was three minutes away from the store, and to please stay open for one minute so that I can pick up my phone. They refused, Even after they admitted to never calling me and telling me my phone was ready prior to their closure at 7 PM. When I arrived at the location, the associates were still standing around outside and refused to open the door to give me my phone and told me I have to come back at 10 AM the next morning. When I came back the next morning, I was finally able to pick up my phone now at this point going 20 hours without one. We complained to the manager about them holding my phone hostage overnight and the manager refused to give me the associates name, even though the associate was there in the back, laughing with his coworkers, and said that they would have an internal conversation. This is an absolute ridiculous way to run a business, and I will never return to this location and I suggest you all...

They allowed me to book a screen repair appt for 5:30pm yesterday, called me twice to confirm it and to repeat my quoted price, and added a little hint saying "well you're not bound to that time, feel free to come any time earlier if you want to". I wasnt able to come any sooner so I stuck to my appt time, but when I showed up at 5:25pm, they told me they couldn't do it because it was too close to closing and would take at least 2 hours to do. Why on earth would you accept the appt and confirm twice then? Just to have me drive in traffic for 30 minutes each way for your own weird thrills? The guy gave some excuse like "well we take appointments for later in the day for smaller stuff and that's probably why you were able to make it, but we can't do this today". I selected the service when booking though, and spoke with people twice who confirmed my time, so that still doesn't make sense... everything was clearly laid out for days before I showed up. I also work during the daytime so this means there would be no time I could get my screen fixed until the weekend, meanwhile I'm not able to see half of the screen. I ended up just going somewhere else, where it took them 20 mins to fix...
Read moreThank you so much for accommodating me in receiving my replacement battery for my phone. We made two visits to get the battery because the first visit was a scheduled appointment and they did not have any more batteries because all batteries have been given out. We did receive a gracious phone call reporting that batteries had come in and get the battery replacement which was kindly set aside for me. We came in the next day, handed the phone over for the repairs and were able to return a couple of hours later to retrieve my repaired phone. I appreciate the accommodation as we had come a long way to get the phone repaired and realized that their policy is first come, first served. When we returned after receiving a phone call that more batteries were made available. We were kindly accommodated and I now have a working phone. Thank you, thank...
