Great experience. I got there to reduce the size of two rings.

One of the rings had previously been reduced but was left with a weld line due to poor craftsmanship and the ring itself already looked multi colored from being old. The guy took it in polished it and his master craftsmanship left ring looking like new. There was no sign of it being worked on after being reduced.

The other ring needed more work going from a size 8 to 3 with plenty of little diamonds (7) going around each side of the band. He did an excellent job.

Needless to say don’t be afraid to check out mom and pops shops in El Monte.

Every time my mom looks at her ring she cries because this ring is very important to her. Every time she cries, I remember what you and your wife did to it. It’s not good to betray your customer’s trust and damage their possession. Please don’t do that in front of your grandchildren, they are learning from you. This is a bad influence for them.
