I would give this place a negative star if Google gave an option. The very first question the owner asked was “is the sweet 16 in a salon or a back yard?” Then started to try and hustle me through my daughter selling me a package at 1200 dollars and if I like I can remove some additional items. After my wife and I decided we didn’t need some items on the package, the lady got upset and told my wife that we don’t know nothing about sweet 16 so we should allow her to explain to us. After asking the woman we want to see the dress and have my doughtier try them on she said she doesn’t want to waste her time bringing the dress down. We said thank you and walked away, the lady started shouting to my doughtier that “sorry sweetie that your parents don’t love you enough”. We ignored her because she was trying to get a reaction from us but didn’t give her the time of day.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible experience with them would never ever be coming back here and telling people to not come here either. We ordered a dress S for a dama and the lady ordered all the dresses XS, we asked if there was anything we could do because it just does not fit. She said they only carried that dress in XS after it was already here. Like what? why would they order a XS when we asked for a S. Then I tried it on and it was very tight, can’t even breath at first she said “we can alter it if we need to” did she do that? no she simply said we can’t do anything about it. Owner is an absolute liar saying she’ll alter it and change it but she did not. Only reason we took it is because the quince is in a week otherwise we wouldn’t have. Absolutely...

I would not recommend this place to any one. First, the dress we ordered was supposed to be ivory and looks white. The employees continued saying the color is white but is not trying to convince me but there is a difference. I spoke with the owner Alicia and she was so RUDE. How can she treat customers like that. We ordered from a catalog thinking we are getting the color and dress we want. Our mistake was we paid everything in advanced and no refunds. We even bought the shoes and crown ivory color and don't match with the dress. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The prices were not even that great. Ordering online is cheaper for me if I have the opportunity to return the item if...
