So to give context I have been ordering the large pepperoni cheesy bread for over a 2 years now. The thing about this item is most of the employees don't know what it is from the phone order so they get it wrong from time to time, I would have to go in and explain to them, and they remake it. I'm usually ok with this, it waste 15 mins of my time but whatever. Today same thing happen they made a large cheesy bread for me but did not include the pepperoni when I made sure to repeat it on the phone. So I waited there for them to remake the item. Turns out I was just waiting for them to bake up slices of pepperoni, yea your read that right only slices of pepperoni to throw onto the cold cheesy bread thats been sitting there for a while now. So what I don't get is in that time you could have made a cheesy bread with pepperoni attached to it, because this one the pepperoni is detached and falls off at the slightest movement. Skimping out for what? I didn't even express frustration in waiting, just paid sat down and they could even give the courtesy to make fresh cheesy bread... throwing on the ingredients does not make a pizza, what do you think the cheese is for exactly.... to make sure those ingredients stick. Also was skipping out of the cheese seasoning till I told them to re-season. Not that the management cares since reading all the reviews they give the same cookie cutter answer without ever addressing the problem of the employees but if management wants proof, check your camera footage October 5, 2024 around 4:35-4:50 you'll see your employee making the wrong cheesy bread, leaving it out to be cold, not making a new one with pepperoni but rather half baking slices of pepperoni to toss...
Read moreI called in a phone order and the initial cashier could not understand me, so another individual was put on the phone. My order for deep dish was not understood or lost in translation. I proceed to call them when my pizza arrived and again it seemed like I was not being comprehended, so I ask for an employee who would be able to understand and I was told to bring back my pizza to get my proper order. Once I arrived there was this antagonistic older Hispanic woman who instigated a confrontation, not listening to the customer and acknowledging a mistake. Trying to make into something it was not, accusing me of complaining of non-English speaking employees when I had just asked for someone who could understand. This ‘manager’ is the most abrasive person I’ve encountered at any establishment, not a leader but an instigator. Read moreOrdered through their google page to try out a local pizza place. They charged me $40 for a large supreme pizza, 8 wings, and potato wedges. The order went through and i was charged. I go pick up the order and they tell me they dont have potato wedges as an available item. ITS LITERALLY IN THEIR MENU ITEMS ONLINE. I ask for my money back, just $7 for the missing item. They call their manager in front of me then THEY HAND ME THEIR CELL PHONE TO TALK TO THEIR MANAGER. Not only did they NOT give me my $7 back, they tell me i have to go through the ChowNow system that i ordered with on their google page. Im not going to spend an hour calling an out of state number for somethingthat can be resolved right there and then, thats ridiculous.
