I had never had any problems until recently..if I needed repairs..they would do it immediately.I have purchased 3 senior rings for 3 of my grandkids.. One of the rings i have had to bring back 3 times becuz the stones keep falling out.The gentleman here was very rude and claimed that my granddaughter was mistreating the ring and that's why the stones keep falling out..B.S..my granddaughter works in a call center and takes care of her things and has had my granddaughters ring for over a month and everytime I call to check if it's ready he has an excuse.In the past he would have it repaired and returned in a week but this time he was bothered by a comment that I made about their poor workmanship and has not returned the ring to me..I am about to file a police report on him.I paid for that ring and I expect to get it back.SORRY BUT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND...

Luis is truly a life saver! I mean he really saved my ring finger. My stainless steel ring would not come off and caused the finger to lose circulation. He took the time out of his day when other stores would not and because of him we were able to cut the ring.
