Gave us our couch (sofa bed) wrapped in a bunch of cardboard and plastic, when we came home and opened it, this is what we found: We contacted them and the response we got was “bring it back so we can determine who did it” as if we broke it and blame it on them. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with faces of disgust and disappointment like if it was our fault they can’t take care of their furniture in the warehouse, they started looking at the couch finding pieces (looking for the evidence that it was our fault that it broke) Then a lady came and said “we ARE going to change it but just so you know, we checked the cameras and the couch looked in PERFECT conditions when it came out of our warehouse.” How can she even certify that if the couch was WRAPPED in a bunch of carton and plastic? Then when I stated that, she started getting defensive, she thought I was going to let her treat my husband badly, and when I intervened, that’s when she stopped. At the end they DID changed the couch for a new one and I asked for it to be opened before hand just to make sure that this time it WAS on PERFECT conditions. The Item was purchased September 27, 2019 and estimated In stock around October 31, 2019. Which is ok by me. Call was given that sofa had arrived on November 18th, 2019, which is still ok. Delivery is scheduled for Saturday November 22, 2019 still ok. Now to find out that small sofa is in rear of delivery truck and we are last to be delivered today (#8) anytime from 9 am to 4 pm by woman at front desk. I wish i would have known how much i could have paid extra so that we would not have to waste an entire Saturday before Thanksgiving waiting. What every happened to first come first served.
