1 star today. As a nursing student, I always come here to print out all my nursing documents before I go to clinicals. In the past, Office Depot has always been nice and professional. This evening, I came in to get some printing done. I organized and labeled all my items. It was a total of 96 pages. 5 separate emails, all PDF. I thought I was making it easier for the employees to do so, as well as for me. It was 5 mins before closing when my prints were going, the manager Alejandra told Aaron, āthat order should have not been processed, what are you doingā Aaron nervously answered āheās printing themā And Iām assuming Alejandra is the manager replied with a scary attitude ājust keep goingā I felt bad. I mean I get it, itās closing time you want to go home. But it an extra 5-10 mins of Office Depot time with professionalism would have been nice. (I really canāt help that my professor assignments are 96 pages long.)
I got all my prints in one mixed pile. I tried to organize it, to make sure I got everything, but I was honestly overwhelmed, with them rushing and I asked so it doesnāt matter if I organized my paperwork? you guys just give it back in a mixed pile? I got a reply off, I printed it the way you sent it.
I am frustrated at the fact that this happened tonight because I have to get this all organized again before my deadline at 8pm right. Again, tonight 1 star for making an exhausted customer cry.
I hope next time I come, this doesnāt happen again, or Iāll try UPS. They are nice also.

No one checking if the person picking up was the person who placed the order. Anyone could have come up, picked up whatever they wanted, and just walked out the door.
My order wasn't on the shelves. Directions state, press button for help. Pressed button, waited several minutes. No one comes over. For the record, at least 3 (maybe 4) people standing around the entrance to the store talking, laughing, and completely ignoring the bell for help at online pickup area. Press button several times more, still no help. Finally walk up to front where employees are just hanging around doing nothing and state "I've been waiting for help for 10+ minutes", finally get one of them to come help.
Will NEVER order from this company again. No customer service, no security to ensure my online order was picked up by me and not some random stranger, person I finally go to help made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by interrupting their personal time with friends while I was trying to pick up the item I had already paid for and was informed was ready for pick-up. This last trip, I bought a monitor and a desk. Two associates are standing up front at the register could see me waving to them from the area where the monitors sitting. Finally, walk up to someone and request someone to step over and help me.
Next, my wife was looking at desks. She made her decision and paid for the item. While waiting at the cash register for the item to be brought up, a single cashier rung up at three of four before someone walks up to us and asks if we needed help. We find out that the desk was brought up on a cart that was placed out of our view. She offered her apology but 15 minutes was already wasted.
I don't expect to have my hand held and I read aisle signs just fine. Plus, I doubt that speaking with a manager on duty would have bought me any satisfaction. That's my two cents. Make those people do their jobs and make...
