Whataburger — Restaurant in El Paso

Horrible experience! I ordered The sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal (Order 265646). The lady taking the order seemed rude when she aggressively put my coffee cup on the counter. She then walked off. There was only one coffee pot with lukewarm coffee. There were no coffee cup lids to be found. I stood there with a male employee standing behind the counter with his back turned to me. I looked around the corner and asked the employee in the drive-thru for a lid to my coffee he pointed to the guy at the counter and said he can get you one. He then handed me a lid as if he hadn't been standing there this whole time. When my food came out I had to request napkins since none were included in the bag. They did not have any strawberry jam. The hash browns were dark brown and appeared to have been cooked many hours ago, so they went in the trash. Everyone there seemed to be mad about being at work. I love whataburger, as a whole the company provides better quality than competitors. But this location sucks. I’ve been coming here for 2 years since it’s close to my work and I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single time they get my order wrong. Not to mention I’m always greeted by an employee who clearly hates their job. But that’s not even what prompted me to make a review. I’ll always ask for ketchup at the drive thru and at the window. Sometimes I’ll even ask for extra ketchup and get nothing with my order. I’ll pay extra for jalapeños or cheese only to get my order with no jalapeño or cheese. But I was charged for it. This has honestly happened to me a good 7 times in a row now. I will be driving an extra couple of miles to go to another location where employees won’t act like I’m requesting for them to run a marathon when I ask for extra ketchup and that will get my order right and stop...

From Houston making my way across the state and happened to stop by El Paso. Safe to say I tried Whataburger all over Texas and even as far Florida. Yes, Florida has Whataburger. But this particular locations is definitely the worst, or at least had the worse experience. The fountains drink despenser, all drinks were flat. I understand because of Covid but the service member wouldn't allow to refill my own drink. What? In Houston even Florida (visited Sept. 2020 during Covid) I can at least serve my own drink. But here I had to ask a service rep to fill up my drink. When I didn't like the drink because it was flat, I felt like it would be rude to dump it and ask for another drink. When we grabbed our sauces they had one spicy ketchup that was already opened on the tray.
