Worst customer service ever the women at western union told my brother to go somewhere else if he didn't like it there all he was trying to do was get the money I sent him then the women on the phone kept say I was wrong for the whole middle name issue when where I sent it was on the phone with western union and they said it should not be a issue in the store. There isn't a policy like that. I'm so disappointed in this restaurant! I've been here since a kid. The service today was just enough of a reason to not return. My mom went yesterday to get some food to go. As she was leaving she decided to buy a mexican hot chocolate. Which was 4 dollars and gross. She accidentally forgot her food while getting distracted buying that drink. When she remembered she called and they had thrown her food away. She called again today to speak to the owner to see if she could get a refund or the food made again. The owner said no and was rude. Place was empty except for one other table, service was slow. Food was ok. Nothing special. Servers were having personal phones called regarding whether or not they were going to get paid that week.

A table of 6 or 7 walked in around 1:40 PM & their server was clearly not happy to have them & commented that they barely made it in and that they close at 3 PM.

For a business that seems to be struggling, it’s apparent that the lack of service keeps folks away.
