Walked in to only one person being on the floor which ended up being the manager. No greeting as we walked in. Till about 20 min later a salesman by the name Tristan approached us. Great customer service from there on. Was on the cusp of buying a Tempurpedic mattress when we were made aware that we could not qualify for financing more than 12 months due to our card status. We have the gold and it requires the platinum. This is fine and all I just wish the manager had better customer service skills when coaching his employees. Rather than helping his salesman he just kept talking down to him. Only thing that kept us today from buying from Tristan was the misunderstanding of the financing terms on our Gold status card from Furniture Row. We are now informed because we could hear the manager demeaning Tristan throughout the whole process of why he couldnāt give us more time on our financing. Thank you Tristan for your patience and service even when we didnāt purchase anything from you today. Salesman Tristan gets a 5/5....

However, in this case, I shouldn't have worried. My salesperson, Alex Rostro, was absolutely superb. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various mattresses in the store, he answered my many questions completely, and he was very helpful in explaining pricing. He was very generous with his time in making sure I was getting what I wanted I feel very fortunate to have had him help me. The selections and types of mattresses has increased dramatically since i last bought a mattress, and Alex was able to show me mattresses which fit my needs without trying to push me to buy something I did not want. I don't have the actual mattress and accessories just yet (to be delivered in a couple of days) but I am quite certain that I will be very satisfied with my Denver mattress if it has the same quality as the shopping experience...

If she didn't know the answer to my question, she immediately went to ask her manager. She had a lovely and professional personality. I would definitely purchase another mattress from Denver Mattress and recommend asking for Jacqueline. I also was planning to purchase a recliner. As I walked around the living/dining room section, NO ONE approached me asking if I needed help. There were 5 or 6 salespersons at the front desk in this area. I actually did find a recliner that I wanted to buy, but I couldn't get it to work. No one offered to help in the 45 minutes that I was there!! I was furious and walked out after spending $5,000 on my mattress!!
You need to hire Jacqueline to teach your living/dining room employees how to give better customer service!!
