The supply store in and of itself is great. They have a great source of supply but that's where it ends. Some of the employees demean you because of your lack of knowledge. Instead of spending some time in educating you about their products they insist you know exactly what you're talking about and exactly what product you want. They don't make suggestions or offer any type of support. They also become "eye rollers" to your lack of knowledge and simply dismiss you as an amateur. In my situation they lost approximately $35,000 worth of sales simply because they wouldn't spend 5 minutes to help me. Crescent Electric Supply on the other hand gained my business by explaining certain simple things...

Manager of this place is so rude and demeaning to you. I bought supplies from them but with the pandemic and everything having to be done thru phone I was giving the wrong item. I went and waited for hours until he came out to tell me no exchanges. I explained the situation and he said "I'm judge and jury on these decisions" I was only asking for exchange not a refund...
