For the most part it's what you expected sporting goods store. But all say this if you're going there to buy a bicycle you might get one for cheap and a good deal like me but you're gonna pay for it in the long run. 1st I bought 2 large bikes and you could really notice it but about a year after I bought and I went to lock up the bikes and I could get the lock through one part but not on the other bike now I realized 1 was a medium in 1 was a large. So make sure you get the right size bike . Then They said they had a guy at the store who is kind of good at working on bikes in them once a week of professional came in. I had to take my bikes there twice to have them readjusted and now I'm going to have to do it again by professional and that's going to be like a 125 bucks to get the whole bike tuned up correctly because they do not have people there that know what they are doing they might tell you they do but they do no! The 2nd time I took him in dating even wanted do it I had to argue with the manager because they said you only have 15 days to come in and have it readjusted complete utter joke Sport Chalet would have never gone that... if you're there 2 by pair of shoes or a shirt or a jacket something that's not technical no problem... Also on that points thing, the Only gave me points for 1 one bike. I called them , it's in the system. And they still would only give me credit for one bike so another rip off.. So yeah just saying they hook you in with these pretty decent bikes for a good price I mean not unbelievable but decent but then again you're just going to have to pay any ways to get it Put...

They sent us USED shoes in the mail. We came back to just get our money back. Little did we know, the cashier had refunded not our original form of payment but had put the return funds on a gift card. So we cannot get our money back. The managers at this store refused to help with their employee error. I called Dick's customer service. Juliet told us they would send us a check and it would take 4-6 weeks. Months later, we still haven't gotten our check. At this point my partner has given up saying we were robbed. I agree, but I still keep calling and now they just shout at us and hang up. This is how this company handles an employee error?

I was the only person of color in the store, and everywhere I went, this young man was pretending to look at the merchandise, never touching anything because he had his hands tucked in his pockets. I even asked him questions because I initially thought he was a fellow customer, even though all the other male customers were older and dressed casually, except for him. It took me a minute to realize that he was actually there to make sure I didn't steal anything. It was such a humiliating and eye-opening experience, one I had never experienced before. Only one of the cashiers was a person of color, a young black man, who, by the look on his face, probably felt embarrassed for me. I still bought the merchandise because I needed them badly, but I will never set foot there again.
