Disappointing Customer Service Experience

On 6/27/24 I visited the Nordstrom Rack in El Segundo around 2:30PM and was shocked by the rude behavior of one of the sales associates. I wasn’t able to get her name but she’s short, medium built, with black extremely curly hair. After waiting in line to pay for my purchase, I was skipped over and ignored by this rude associate, who instead chose to help another customer who had arrived after me. When I brought it to her attention, she response was dismissive and unapologetic and just said “okay”.

The lack of respect and poor customer service I experienced was disappointing and unexpected from a store like Nordstrom Rack. I’m a frequent shopper and I will never go shopping here again. I would rather drive the extra miles then to have to deal with a rude worker who obviously doesn’t enjoy her job. Nordstrom was okay a lot of the shoes that they had on say all them had them on sale for 2 months or more and a lot of things are on the clearance rack wasn't even marked clearance they were on one side and not on the other side I ain't made it difficult at the last minute trying to shop before Christmas so they are going to the organization should be consistent day after day mark things down when time to do it Mark the ticket on the clearance good so the customer does not take all of those goods to the register to find out how much they are and leave a mess at...

Beware of what you purchase from this location. Online or in Store. They Do Not Honor returns after the Pandemic if you purchase online. Nordstrom Rack El Segundo Management will inform you that they extended their return policy until August 1st 2020 but if you shop mainly online they Do Not Inform you of this Policy and they make no exceptions.
