For a time with me, this place did a fairly good job with customer service, struggled a bit to make things right from time to time but eventually made a bad situation good. Then, I had an issue with a couple of defective cars. They wouldn’t answer my emails after numerous attempts with different addresses they had. I tried calling them a number of times, FORGET IT! Not only will they NEVER answer their phone but you get this lame message that they are probably racing on their track and so leave a message, (good luck with this one, if their mailbox isn’t full, they WON’T return your call anyway!) So eventually, after months of trying to work with them, I had to file a dispute through the credit card company to get my money back! After spending thousands of dollars here throughout the year they just totally blow me off on a defective product and force me to resolve the issue through a credit card dispute. You people may have this delusion that you’re the only game in town, but far from it! I have taken my business elsewhere and there are some outstanding, customer service based retailers very happy to take my business. Bye.. bye...

WOW, great customer service! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In this world of negativity and distractions, it is such a nice break from the norm to get actual "customer service". My expectations were exceeded in both circumstances. Fast reply to an email, and above average help during a follow-up phone call. Kristin was a great help and shared her caring expertise while answering my questions and concerns. I will recommend Electric Dreams to anyone, and everyone interested in slot cars. I been a slot car kid and now a adult lover. it was my first visit to Electric Dreams I just recently purchased a older tyco ho set . needs some more cars. and possibly parts .
