⭐⭐⭐3 stars is generous. This hotel carries the Marriott name, but not the Marriott comfort. 👎 Room 👎: arrangement of furniture is very weird. A lot of space is that is not useable. No coffee table? The Couch, wow! Very uncomfortable👎. Service desk👍: very helpful, pleasant. Upgraded rooms👎: I was told on check in the rooms are all pretty much the same. No upgrades to get. Bonvoy app said there was. Internet👍: had to call tech line to sign in for higher speeds, turns out, the speeds were already high in the free wifi. Coffee👎: Why only one pack? All of this is indicative of a 🐂💩 cheap manager or owner 👎 of this Marriott. Not as comfortable as it should be, with the Marriott name which I trust, which is why I book only Marriotts! Me: I am Platinum member for many years.

As you all can see “I’ve made myself a home”. This is absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve visited since being in California. This is an extended stay and as you can see it is spacious. I am traveling with someone who is wheelchair-bound and requires oxygen. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us at last minute. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the surroundings. They have a grab and go breakfast which includes sandwiches that have to be microwaved and oatmeal packages but the coffee is the best. A special thank you to Ms. Wolf from AAA for helping me find this place. The area is industrial and it’s surrounded by five star restaurants and grocery stores… trust me you won’t be disappointed.

The front desk staff were friendly and very professional. The free version of WiFi worked well, and the complementary breakfast was good. Main issue is this not like any other SpringHill or Marriott property I’ve stayed at. The rooms were badly dated with old worm stained carpet, and had a strong musty dirty sock smell. It was a bit overwhelming. The sofa had a moldy odor so I didn’t even sit on it. Fitness center open 24 hours, and the outdoor pool is nicely situated in the back. No shuttle service to LAX. Plenty of parking - although the security guard was in the lobby the entire time. Pantry is convenient but lacked any energy drinks.

If you are a good person do not I repeat do not go here. This place is a nightmare. After already paying online for three nights, as soon as I came in I was hit with a stinch that I must admit gave me and my family an instant attitude. We checked in anyway because I was aware that, they DO NOT give refunds (typically) and it was getting late. I was also traveling with my entire family my mom two small children and my wife. We checked in and was hit with an additional 150.00 dollars charge for parking and a deposit. Mind you this place looks and smells like things I can't type here. Reluctantly I feel pressure to pay it and hope for the best when I get into the room. Inside the room it got worse. The room smelled like old food and curse words. It was humid, and when I went to pull out the sofa bed, my children were meant to sleep on, it was covered with crumbs and even a piece of chicken bone. My wife almost fainted in disbelief. She immediately wanted to leave and so we went to the counter to request a refund. We were speaking with a guy named David who refused to give his last name, and became very hostile and aggressive even to the point of bucking at my family which consisted of only myself women and children. My wife was a bit upset. But she never insulted this guy. Only asked for a refund, when she was denied she became upset and basically asked why and pointed out that the conditions of the ENTIRE HOTEL was disgusting and she is due a refund since we were not going to stay and they had falsely advertised especially on cleanliness. My wife feeling threatened and endangered, No longer wanted to talk to DAVID so she asked for a manager and one did come, named Flynn Ho. He came in but was barely able to control the inappropriate behavior of David. David was very offensive, and abusive, especially in front of young children. Flynn Ho finally was able to get David to shut up, and even admitted that David was outline, and would see to it that I was refunded. The only good part of this experience was Flynn Ho kept his word and refunded me. I will never go back, this place is terrible and dangerous, my wife said she feared for our lives and didn't want to see me end up fighting David, so after Flynn Ho agreed to a refund my wife just walked out. So if you don't mind a nasty, dirty, funky Hotel. With cigarette burns in the furniture and crumbs in the couch this is the place for you. I paid a bit more for a clean room closer to the airport. I Do not recommend this place for animals much...

First let me state we have been staying at Marriott hotels for 25+ years..My husband works for corporate and we are members of the quarter century club. Having said that this is one of the worst properties we have stayed at over the years. Upon checking in there is a $150 incidental hold on your credit card refunded if you don't break anything this is by far the highest incidental hold we have ever experienced. Second there is a $16 parking fee why? Not sure its a privately owned lot. Go to the rooms only one elevator worked and it was slow. After talking to other guests it has been broke for some time. Get to the room and one of the beds the mattress sagged so bad I had to request a new one the next day. Internet was less than stellar and hard to connect to. Breakfast was a joke a brown bag with an orange granola bar yogurt and small water. Took kids to the pool tried to get back into the building key card didn't work. Walked around the entire building to come in front door when asked why they said it was for security but we gave keycards aren't they secure? The pool closed at 7 most hotels they close at 10. We are on a West coast trip doing alot of hotels this trip and this was very disappointing. Unfortunately we are scheduled 3 nights here. They also don't enforce the smoking rule as our entire floor smelled of Marijuana daily. They also do not offer maid service you have to request it again first we have encountered this on this trip. This hotel does need and update. I don't normally complain about Marriott branded hotels because generally they always exceed any expectations people have. Even when there are issues they generally are moderate. I hope they either update and fix the issues with this hotel or enough people will be warned to do their research before...

I travel a lot and usually stay at Marriott location, this hotel should not even have the name Marriott Affiliated in any way with it! The staff is rude and unhelpful and the hotel is really bad. The elevators never work and are always being "serviced" The rooms are outdated and dirty. My room was dirty and not cleaned well. We moved rooms because the first one was dirty really bad, once we moved there were hairs in the bathroom of the next room we went into. The next day after leaving and returning at 3pm my room wasn't cleaned so I asked the housekeeper who was seated outside in the hall talking if she would clean my room she said yes if I leave. So I took my little girl to the Jacuzzi and even left her a tip and she didn't close the couch bed, yes I was going to use it again but to be able to watch TV you have to sit on the couch. She didn't leave clean towels or toilet paper, I actually had to walk out and find her to ask for these items, I always tip housekeeping but she really didn't do anything but make our bed. The staff wasn't helpful at all. After leaving I was looking at yelp and when customers leave negative reviews the managers will respond saying " your comments will help us improve but I found comments dated back a long time ago so when are they improving? Pay the difference and stay at the actual Marriott up...
