Murad — Local services in El Segundo

First off I would like to say Murad is a Great product. I have a problem with the fulfillment of the orders. When you place an order they charge you card, not when the product ships, (poor business practices). You will not notified a customer unless it’s the custom face serum. You should let your Customers who purchase your products which provides revenue, and provides paychecks to employees. (Good business practices). Hey sorry your order hasn’t shipped yet, but we will notify you when we have the product back in stock, by e-mail. Sorry for the delay and we will include something special in your order because of the delay, meaning free product or points. When the product is out of stock, but when busy you know when peaks and valleys in revenue occur, and orders happen,...

Beware that Murad's order cancellation policy is horrible. I originally set up auto-fulfillment on my first order using the maximum 3-month fulfillment period. After three months, I received a reorder email time marked 12:19am (when I was asleep). I did not need a refill (and this stuff is expensive) and contacted the company as soon as it opened for business the next day (6am CA time). I was informed that Murad does not cancel orders (regardless of order timing/shipping status and I would have to pay to return it when received. Respectable, customer service oriented companies allow for cancellations when promptly contacted.

I will now pay to return the products and delete my account immediately after the return refund...

The customer service is abysmal/ non-existent. I purchased a product on online with a discount code, their website froze/ had a glitch, and it dropped the coupon and charged me the full price. When I called to have the discount taken off manually, they said they couldn’t do it. Then, they said I could return the products, but at MY expense. Unacceptable customer service. There are WAY too many amazing skin care companies out there that have excellent service, so don’t waste your time, energy or money...
