Really shocked at their RHRA employee benefits. I am helping my elderly father with his benefits, and Northrup and Fidelity, the two companies that hold retirement accounts and allocate payments for health insurance under the employee benefits, incorrectly claimed he was not eligible, though he is the owner of the account. When I became involved and called several years after they denied the payments he was due, I found he was indeed eligible. They have refused to reinstate the payments they withheld, despite having proof they were in error. Itâs been a slog and it is thousands of dollars. My father has literally been defrauded and the refusal to amend the error is a continuance of Northrup withholding money he owns. I quite literally have proof, in a letter from Northrup denying his eligibility - which was their mistake. It is so disappointing to be corresponding with Fidelity, who is paying now and into the future correctly, but has so far refused to amend their error of withholding of his payments for the years they claimed he was not eligible. I have tried to appeal, with the written proof from them incorrectly denying his payments, but they have only sent vague form letters claiming my father didnât file in a timely manner. Again he did file in a timely manner but was incorrectly denied. Itâs a shame and I cannot imagine there are not other elderly people who have also fallen victim to what looks like a systematic refusal to pay benefits. The fact they claimed he was not eligible, refused to pay from the account he owns, then when I found out he is indeed eligible, they now also claim he didnât file in a timely manner. It is so inept and disorganized on their end, and lacking in actual quality of interaction. There has been no responsibility taken for their error, so far, and itâs one of those unfortunate cases where they gaslight, take weeks to respond, and when they do finally respond, there is no acknowledgment of the actual proof I sent of their error, but instead we receive a superficial likely AI generated paragraph saying my father did not file. Itâs a round robin and catch-22. Sad. If anyone else has had the same issue with their retirement payments, please let me know. One of the agents I spoke with told me they had a lot of âconfusionâ, but nothing is being done. Disappointing and...
Read moreAerospace continues to disregard neighbors. They have deliveries in the early morning hours (3am to 6 am), with back-up alarms, hydraulics, slamming of something...it sounds like a trash truck picking up and dropping dumpsters. Saturday mornings, 7am, they begin with leave blowers, for at least an hour. I've called a dozen times to no effect. 2 stars because they did stop cleaning the parking lot...

One time there was a sign outside our hallway entrance and we called the number posted on the notice but that person has no idea why there was a sign. Took over 2 hours to sort out and we were able to go into...
