Eldersburg Commons — Local services in Eldersburg

Nice shopping center with only one negative - it has an oversized Walmart in it. Walmart continues to sick. Last time I went there, I asked a person stocking the shelves where a product was. He wound up asking a girl in the next department. She called in someone and, then, a fourth was called in. Finally, a manager was called, who told me they don't carry that. I took one last look in the aisle where I first looked for help and FOUND the product I was looking for - the very product that the manager told me they didn't carry. For a moment, I have a thought to just walking out the door with the product - after all, how could I be stealing something the store doesn't sell? Walmarts needed to get some properly paid organized...

This area is currently clean and safe. There are no pan-handlers hanging around. There are plenty of large shopping 🛒 but very few small carts. The stores are not high end but, your daily cosmetics, hair salon/barber, snacks, fast food, linen, groceries, cleaning, and automotive needs are here. The spacious parking lot is well lit & maintained. This is a glorified giant strip mall. It's very close to the Library and Bank. There's no entertainment...

Went to Denny's for breakfast and both dining rooms were open. There was a 10 to 15 minute wait which wasn't bad considering how short staffed they were. Excellent service by Sarah...great personality and very fast and efficient...look forward to going back there in the future and have Sarah as our server. Food was hot and fresh...delicious too.
