Today was my first time going to Play Raven and I'll definitely be going back. I finally found and picked up a DSi XL and a Wii Mini. The sheer magnitude of the amount of games, consoles, and accessories they have will knock even the most veteran retro shopper off their feet. Whether you're looking for the latest and greatest consoles and games, or looking for those obscure no-name games from your childhood, Play Raven is sure to have it. Additionally, their pricing is really hard to beat. I found that on average, they've got a slight edge even on places like Facebook and ebay... But everything you buy comes with their 30 day warranty and return policy. I was treated with the utmost care and respect from the moment messaged them online, with which they were very responsive. This truly is a one-stop-shop for everything retro gaming, and is a MUST visit for any hardcore collector or low-key gamer. Anything you can dream of, they have, and at a price you can't beat, all backed by a superb warranty. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will certainly be visiting again soon,...

The selection here is great and always changing among all systems and platforms. They also know their market. For example, within days of writing this review, I saw an original SNES™ cartridge for ChronoTrigger™ under glass and priced above $100. There is a collector out there who will be MORE than willing to purchase it at that price. Other fare is very reasonably priced, some being $10 or less per game. I bring my partner here when he has a hankering to try a new game or sell an old one. I don't game like I used to but it's still fun to see what comes and goes and remember my childhood by proxy. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. It would be nice to see the store more tidy with a stocked cooler (hence 4 stars...

I recently visited Play Raven Video Games while on the hunt for a Nintendo 3DS battery. The staff at this store were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they confirm that I needed a new battery, but they also helped me replace it on the spot. After getting it loaded with the new battery, they took the extra time to ensure that all the main features of the 3DS were in perfect working order.
