I wish I could give a negative star. Very bad service in my experience. They clearly discriminate. If you are of color do not come here!

I was told my wait time would be 15-20 minutes, but I waited 50 minutes patiently with no frowns or complaints. When I was finally attended to, two people worked on my service. The 1st man was sweet. However, he rushed everything and then left me waiting for about 15 minutes, then another impolite & rude lady continued. I had many interruptions & many pauses in between my service. With no apologies or emphathy & when I was attended to again, the process was rushed & not satisfying. I observed them give more focus & respect to others, hence my conclusions of the discrimination. When I finally complained after feeling so fustrated(and I was respectful in my tone & words), the lady had no ounce of empathy. No apologies, no care & very snobby. I was in the building for a total of 2 hours and was attended to for a total of less than 30 minutes.

To make things worse, my toe nails were poorly painted because of the rush. I did a gel polish, yet I noticed the paint was coming off when I got home. Gel polish is not supposed to come off (FYI; I did not wear any closed toe shoes). See the photos below.

I will never return here. I felt very hurt today & wasted my money. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails painted all over again. Im so sad as I write this....

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my service on Friday 9/15/17. I felt completely rushed by both my pedicure lady and the lady who did my nails. I had an appointment for 4:30 so there is no reason to be rushing my appointment to get to the next customer. I made an appointment for that reason of hopefully not feeling rushed. In addition to the horrible customer service the service and quality were ALSO horrible. My nails are acrylic and I was receiving a fill, only i got a half-a** job. She barely filed down the old nail when applying the new acrylic. As well as when she applied the new fresh acrylic it was completely sloppy and as I watched her apply the acrylic waiting for her to clean up the glob but she didn't even file the or shape them after. Not only did the nail service suck, by Saturday two nails chipped/ broke at the tips & I have constantly had my hair stuck in my nails(while running my hand through my hair) due to the tech not correctly filling my nails. I will have to rip them all off or go two weeks with 1. ugly nails chipped and broke off or 2. in pain and embarrassment. I will never go back here EVER not even to get the to fix...

I called ahead for a dipped manicure and was told someone had time. I walked in and was told she was eating and would be a few more minutes. I have had gel manicures in the past but they made my nails soft so it had been awhile since I had my nails done. Jay came out and I asked for help picking out a color Jay said, “Just come find me when you decide”...WOW! I picked a color and mentioned I never had a dipped manicure. I had to ask for my nails to be shaped and Jay made a phone call halfway through my manicure while dipping my nails. I don’t know the dipping process but my cuticles were not touched and when I asked, Jay said it wasn’t part of the dip manicure. I guess the only part of the dip manicure is to get color on my nails and a swipe of oil. The menu price is $35 and up, mine was $38-I guess the extra $3 was because I tried to make conversation. I own a hair salon and my clients always ask where to get their nails done. I know where not to...
