Serra Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Maryland

I went here to try their food. I ordered $52.00 worth of food for 4 people. I got sub's, clubs sandwiches, fries, and jumbo chicken wings. The price didn't too much bother me, it was the presentation and taste that has soured my mouth from returning. I will say the fries were HOT. YESSS!!!! I can't stand cold or lukewarm fries, onion rings or anything for that matter. If it's supposed to be HOT, then serve it HOT. Their sandwiches we're aight. I didn't move me at all. I had the Italian club. It was DRYYYYYYYYY. It didn't have any mayonnaise, mustard, submarine dressing, or oil and vinegar on the toasted dry sandwich. Oh, I was disappointed. This was my first time dining here. I was a little skeptical at first and really wanted to turn around a leave, but I chose other wise. The server/bartender(sorry for forgetting her name) told us to sit anywhere and she'd be right with us. It was quite a few patrons dining in so I thought it would be awhile before she comes. But she was at our table within five minutes. We came during brunch and they had bottomless mimosas. Needless to say my wife was very happy. We ordered something simple, which you can see in the picture, and everything was on point. My rueben was hitting on something serious. When you rarely go out to eat unless youre traveling and you're craving pizza, you go to Serra's. I was so disappointed when our pizza came out burnt (the bottom was completely black). I asked for extra sauce on the side and explained to waitress I like extra sauce on my pizza but my husband does not. So when our burnt pizza arrived (why anyone would feel good about delivering this pizza burnt is beyond me), I poured the pizza sauce on top, took a bite and it was cold. I asked the waitress about it and she said their pizza toppings are all cold until they are cooked. Not sure why she thought I'd want cold sauce to pour on top of my pizza instead of heating it up?
