My husband and I go to this almost every other day for kratom. ( I have cancer and use it as pain management and with this discounts it's the cheapest in town ) The staff are always friendly and doesn't mind answering my questions when I have them. We almost always use the drive-thru. Unfortunately, we also can always tell when it's the young lady working that day. She's friendly but she does not multitask at all. Several times my husband has decided to just drive around and go inside. One or two times we have simply decided to purchase elsewhere. But there has been several times that I have had to go in after waiting in drive-thru for long periods of time, just to find her chit chatting with a customer. And each time as soon as I walk in she wraps it up pretty fast. I shouldn't have to go inside for her to remember other customers. Flirt on your own time please. The guys that work here are awesome. Keep up the good job! I really don't want to have to find a different location or business to use but I do not feel I should be left waiting for 15 plus mins while she flirts or just simply doesn't multitask to tend to others. Today there were 4 other people waiting behind me. And I have seen many walk away from not wanting to wait for her...

Ok. When I made my purchase, after no guidance, I asked for a receipt and she said the system was not working. There were 2 other people waiting so I just said, you know what, nevermind. I get home and lo and behold the vape won't hold a charge, won't heat up...I asked my experienced friend to help me turn it on, she can't either... it is defective. That's $45 down the drain! Extremely frustrating especially as that was my budget for the week and I have to wait to get another, which will NOT be from this...
