Shoutout to Maria and the crew at Rise NPR!

I went this morning with the goal of being the first customer in the door, but ended up being about fifth in line. Once inside, the staff got everyone checked in (and some customers needed their profile and loyalty points set up, so the staff did that on the spot as well; nice and smooth with multiple tablets and multiple employees working together). After they’d checked everyone in, they let us go check out the sales floor (demo versions/empty jars from many products, merch, a couple of info displays) and let us know that we could place orders via their digital kiosk or talk to a budtender if we had any questions and they’d help us place our orders. I asked a question (which was answered swiftly and to my satisfaction), was informed of their today-only special on $10 Bubba Fett eighths, so I chose one of those and a preroll. Since I was the quickest to decide and head to the cashier’s area, I was the first person to buy cannabis at this store and it made my day!

Thanks again, Maria, for making my first purchase at your store so easy and wonderful! I’ll be back to see y’all again very soon and I’m excited for this store’s official grand opening party (date TBD)!

First time going and Bobby greeted me immediately and was very welcoming and informative. He helped me to use the kiosks and gave honest feedback and advice and was very knowledgeable. Nicole got my order together and said she was doing that as soon as I put it in and talked to me by name.
