VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I took my tablet in to get the screen fixed on a monday and he told me saturday it would be done. i came in on the saturday he told me, and he said it would be done by tuesday. I go in again for the second time and he says he hasn't done it, and that he can fix it in two hours, i waited until the next day to pick up my tablet and he says he could not get the part for, a very common Apple ipod Gen6 . he said he's been so busy and couldn't fix it. then he said he was waiting on a better part so i could have a better screen for a cheaper price. i didn't want a cheaper price i just wanted the tablet fixed

I understand if you're busy, but why not tell me that instead of having me wait two weeks and still not have my tablet fixed. now i have to take it...

I dropped off an iPhone 7 to have a screen repaired and was told two hours... Got my original iPhone back initially and the home button would not work.. paid for the repairs and screen protector and was told I get a discount (3 hours in) came back to pick up after the home button failure and was told he was going to replace my entire iPhone due to the inability to fix it.. I waited for after store hours to get my phone back. And I never got a discount and in total it took more than 7 hours to get done.... Friendly staff, abysmal service... can guarantee you should not come here for repairs or any service......
