I went to pay my son’s hotspot bill. The girl at the desk told me it was passed due so instead of $50 it would be $90 because I need to restart the line and purchase a new SIM CARD… I usually only use it for my sons tablet so then she suggested I purchase a tablet. I didn’t say anything but I was the manager of Cricket in Chicago and it was a total BS way to get a new line going. I went directly to the State street location and paid my regular $55 bill and had no issues. Every time I go to this mcclean location the open sign is always on with the doors locked. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile....
