Order A #7 From This Location On Wednesday Night, 3 Taco Dinner With Rice And Beans. All Of My Tacos Were Cold, Seems They Just Gave Me Leftover Meat IMO. I will note I came at night so I didn’t expect the freshness to be over the top (Around 10 o’clock) & I Usually Don’t Complain But This Time I was highly disappointed W/ My Food. My Beans Had Tiny Hairs In It I could even eat it, On Top Of That The Quality Of The Meat (Steak) And Also The portion Sizes Have Decreased (Half A Taco) On Top Of Them Raising Prices & Not Only That They Removed Drinks from Coming With The Meal That Costs Nearly 20$. Now I looked past it because I’m Loyal To The Brand And Have Ate Here For Years Also I Understand Supply Chain Issues don’t get me wrong the food is pretty good Most Times But In A lot of ways I Do Think They have lost Care For Customer Satisfaction At This Point I’ve Given Many Chances (Note I Do Not Ever Write Reviews) I’ve Been A Long Term Customer Of This Location But I Have To Say At This Point I’m Considering No Longer Giving Them My Money Anymore. I Hope They Can Get It Together Because I used to love this place, Due To Me Not Actually Wanting To Hurt This Business there are things I won’t provide to the public But If It Happens Again I Can’t Help Anymore just please get...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this location for over 8 years, and the steak burrito has always been my favorite. After moving out of town for a few years and recently returning, I’ve noticed a significant drop in quality. The burrito is now inconsistent—sometimes the meat is fresh and juicy, but other times it’s dry and tough. I even visited today during lunch hour, assuming the meat would be at its freshest, but it was still dry and tough.
The portions also seem smaller. I used to only be able to eat half because it was so large and filling, but now I can easily finish the entire thing. If prices are going to increase, I expect the same quality and portion size as before.
One detail that really stands out, as small as it may seem, is how the burritos are wrapped. They used to be snug and well put together, but now they fall apart in my hands.
As minor as this might sound, it’s made me question whether I want to keep coming back. A well-made burrito should be enjoyable to eat, and these little details make a huge difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality, as I’d hate to go elsewhere for my steak burrito fix. El Paraiso has always been my go-to, and I want it to...
Read moreI've been here at least a dozen times in the last year. All the glowing happy reviews on google made me want to keep giving it another chance.
On the bright side it's open late, drive thru staff is friendly and they give generous portions.
That's the only bright side.
The food is weak. It's bland. It's tasteless. There is no flavor or spice. I've gotten steak, chicken, ground beef, chorizo (don't get it) -- I've gotten burritos, tacos and specialty entrees. Literally every single bite has been subpar.
One consistent problem is the meat is extraordinarily dry and that ruins all the flavor.
Most memorably the chorizo is the worst I've had. I don't know where they source this stuff from or how they prepare it but it's awful. Thoroughly overcooked and under spiced.
Also disappointing is that the red and green sauces taste like water and add nothing to the flavors, so you can't even spruce up the taste. I don't even know why they give them out; better off just handing people Cholula sauce.
Wish this place was better but it just isn't. Kept giving it chances and it kept coming up short. Hope it...
