Horrendous customer service. I should never have to walk in and look at these five four females running around like they're doing something more important than helping me. Every time I've walked in now and I've been doing the electric here for 5 years on and off at the whole shopping center for the owner, these females stand there and act like they're a little chores that they're doing putting away sandwiches doing their counts whatever they're doing in the morning is more important than stopping what they're doing and helping a customer who spends their harder money which makes them have a paycheck.
Starbucks there's going to be 50 construction workers for the next year redoing this old mega Mall in crazy to get into a new store you just going to lose all of our business because these females are horrible at customer service you don't put your head down and walk around for 3 minutes to 5 minutes when I'm standing there not say good morning I've seen three females pass me by three different times going all over the place like they're scattered brain not saying good morning did you need any coffee what am I standing there for.
pretty embarrassing especially when I leave $1.50 tip today and I'm trying to explain to this guy Mike that the little things are important I don't have to leave a tip when you're not doing a service job like a waiter or waitress your pouring coffee and you're turning around and handing it to me if I leave you a tip you should be grateful the female girls that work there are the worst they're negative they don't engage they don't look at you their faces turn red when they look at you...
Read moreGreat service and friendly staff. But terrible food and drinks. I have been to this location two times, today (03/09/21) and when it opened and I was disappointed both times by the food and drinks. I ordered a large latte with vanilla and sugar and both times they tasted like water, old and had a naturally hot taste even after it got cold. Along with that I ordered a hot chocolate both times for my mother and sister and they said in their own words that “It tasted extremely watered down and was probably just colored water that they tried to pass off as hot chocolate. If this was gas station hot chocolate or 7-11 hot chocolate, we wouldn’t be that upset because hot chocolate at a gas station is like a dollar or two but this being Starbucks it costs almost four dollars and just you expect more from this place.” I also ordered three bacon sandwiches and they tasted like they had freezer burn and if they were old. As a person who has been to many Starbucks in Chicago and the surrounding area, I always have the luck of whenever I order something from a different location since my preferred location is the South Elgin location the one on Randall and Bowes is that they either get something wrong or it just flat out doesn’t taste good. I only went to this location Main and McLean because it is closer to my house and there is always less people but don’t waste your time going here because I don’t want you all do be disappointed and waste you’re money like me and my family and instead I recommend you go to the South Elgin location...
Read moreI don’t think there’s ever been an instance where they have messed up my drink, and no matter the occasion and who is working that day they have a consistency that is unmatched to any location I have ever been to. Come here expecting to watch the birth of Jesus Christ. The tall blonde woman and bandana guy work like Mary and the Shepard, proceeding to make the best drink you will ever receive in your whole life you will think you are watching the birth of Jesus in real time when they curate the most magical drink that makes you feel like you are taking sips of holy water but in reality it’s just their magical powers that each employee holds. I walk up to the register and these hoes are glowing with holiness. I can’t even believe what I’ve witnessed. Their personalities alone provide such a strong sense of comfort and empathy so I already know my drink is in the right hands. Every time they make my pride and joy, my Jesus Christ, my venti lavender oat milk matcha with extra classic and brown sugar. One sip from their drinks makes me levitate. The way they care for my Jesus, holding my drink dearly in their arms, curating the most consistent and delicious drink I have ever received every time makes me pray at night in hopes to return there once more (see picture for accurate representation of their drink making). Holy Spirit is activated in this building. Not to mention their face cards always serving. Im literally atheist but amen to McLean Blvd Starbucks. These baddies know what...
