Thank you Carlos at O'Reilly in Elgin, OK. You saved my butt today and I am so thankful. My daughter's battery died on her car and I couldn't get it out to replace it. This is why I drive a truck instead of a car lol! Carlos went above and beyond in this nasty heat to pull the old battery and place a new one. He was professional and courteous the entire time and assured me repeatedly that he didn't mind. He took his time to show me the correct way to remove/replace the battery. Sherman was a rockstar for me. Sold me a part that looked every so slightly different with the information that I gave him and as I walked out the door he came out and said “come look at this” and it was the exact part I needed. I had given him the wrong engine size so even after I walked out, he looked at the other engine sizes and found what I needed. I want to give a shout out to Danny and Mason at O’Reilly! I had a flat tire and I could not get my tire off so I thought I needed a key to remove the lug nut. I showed them photos of my tire and they offered to come by my house to help me get the tire off because I needed more leverage and not another tool.
